Private coaching for lasting change
Create a calm, confident & connected family culture
A strategic 6-month private coaching experience designed to help you strengthen connection, reduce conflict, and build a lasting family culture rooted in trust and accountability.
This work is about more than solving surface-level challenges.
It is about becoming a steady, intentional leader within your home — especially during the pivotal pre-teen and teen years.
The Structure
Weeks 1–6: Foundation & Reset
We meet weekly for 90-minute private sessions tailored to your specific family dynamics.
During this phase, we identify reactive patterns, recalibrate communication, and begin implementing the consultant model of parenting — shifting from control to influence.
Weeks 7–12: Integration & Culture Building
Sessions move to every other week to allow for implementation and refinement.
We solidify new leadership habits, reduce recurring conflict patterns, and develop a long-term approach that supports both connection and high standards.
This cadence is intentional.
Sustainable change requires both guidance and space to apply what you learn.
Weeks 13-24: Going Deeper
In this final phase, we don’t slow down—we go deeper. Using powerful tools like CliftonStrengths, we uncover what truly drives your child—their natural wiring, motivations, and the strengths that shape how they see the world.
As these insights come into focus, something powerful begins to happen. You start to understand your child in a new way. The behaviors that once felt confusing or frustrating begin to make sense.
You’ll learn how to speak to your child’s strengths in a way that helps them feel deeply seen, understood, and valued. And when a child feels truly known by their parent, cooperation grows, connection deepens, and they begin to step more confidently into who they are meant to become.
